Ans. The Ph.D. (Commerce) program is a full-time program with a standard duration of 3 years. However, in exceptional cases with proper justification and approval from the doctoral committee, the duration can be extended up to a maximum of 5 years. Part-time completion is not available for this full-time program.

Ques. Is part-time study available, and what are the supervision requirements?
Ans. The Ph.D. (Commerce) program is exclusively full-time and does not offer part-time options. Each student is assigned a primary doctoral advisor and a co-advisor for comprehensive guidance. Students must meet with their supervisors at least bi-weekly, maintain regular progress reports, and present their research findings in departmental seminars. The supervisory committee meets quarterly to review progress and provide feedback on the research work.
