Medical students can intern at the college hospital, where stipends depend on performance, or at other hospitals, earning practice certificates during summer breaks. The college's fee structure includes a non-refundable registration fee of 10,000 INR, an admission fee of 10,000 INR, a youth club fee of 5,000 INR, an examination fee of 5,000 INR, a tuition fee of 76,500 INR, and a sports fee of 1,000 INR. Scholarships, based on merit from exams like SUNAT, 12th boards, and NEET, can reach up to 22,000 INR.

Additionally, students from Uttar Pradesh may qualify for scholarships up to 45,000 INR annually.
