• Applicants holding Master’s degree: Master's degree in respective sciences subject discipline with a good academic record and having a valid score in GATE or CSIR-UGC-JRF/NET/ NBHM or equivalent qualification in the relevant area / Master's degree in Engineering/ Technology with a good academic record. First class with 60% aggregate marks or CGPA ? 6.5 (out of 10) at both UG and PG for UR/OBC/EWS category and minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA for candidates under SC/ST/PwD category.
