BMU Ph.D Law: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

BMU Ph.D Law is offered as 3 Years Part Time program. The minimum eligibility criteria for Ph.D is Post Graduation with 55%. The total fees for BMU Ph.D Law in 2025 is ₹ 4.7 Lakhs for the complete course duration, which includes total tuition fees of ₹ 3.75 Lakhs.

BMU Ph.D Law fees in first year is ₹ 1.9 Lakhs. The detailed fees is mentioned below.

• The first year tuition fees is ₹ 1.25 Lakhs.
• The Admission Fee is ₹ 15,000.
• Other Miscellaneous fees is ₹ 50,000.

BMU Hostel Fee is ₹ 2.15 Lakhs to 2.33 Lakhs.

The minimum eligibility for admission to Ph.D Law at BMU is Post Graduation with 55%.

4 years Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale.

A 1-year/2-semester Master’s degree programme after a 4-year/8-semester Bachelor’s degree programme or a 2-year/4-semester Master’s degree programme after a 3-year Bachelor’s degree programme or qualifications declared equivalent to the Master’s degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in a point scale.

Equivalent qualification from a foreign educational institution accredited by an assessment and accreditation agency which is approved, recognized or authorised by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country to assess, accredit or assure quality and standards of the educational institution.

Note:
1. A relaxation of 5% of marks, or an equivalent relaxation of grades, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates and other categories of candidates as per the UGC guidelines from time to time.
2. Candidates who are in their final semester (4 years Bachelor’s/ Master’s/ Equivalent qualification) can also apply provisionally subject to the submission of their degree with the aforementioned percentage.
