Admission to the college is through the Joint National Entrance Examination (JNEE) Admission cum Scholarship Exam. Applicants must fill out an online form on the university's website and choose their preferred exam center for the entrance exam. The Faculty of Homoeopathic Science offers well-equipped facilities, including air-conditioned classrooms, practical labs, and a University Homeopathy Hospital for clinical practice.

Students must maintain 80% class attendance and participate in portfolio development classes. The annual tuition fee ranges from 100,000 to 150,000, with an additional hostel fee starting at 50,000.
