Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a B.E. / B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering branch (B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics and Communication / VLSI / Electrical Engineering) from a UGC/AICTE-recognised institution.

Minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in the qualifying degree (45 percent for reserved categories as per applicable norms).

A valid GATE score is required for government-quota seats (VTU counselling); candidates without GATE may apply for management-quota seats through RUAS-AT.

Qualifying degree must be declared passed by 31 August 2026.

Admission Process

Secure a valid GATE 2026 score and participate in VTU/KEA counselling for government-quota seats; or apply for management-quota seats through RUAS-AT conducted by MSRUAS.
