BCA at Midnapore College: An honest Review

Likes

I like the friendliness of the teachers and their helping nature.
The things which were taught in the class was the syllabus for the exam most of the time.

Dislikes

Few teachers were very much adamant and wanted to earn by taking tuitions.
There is no coding culture in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I very much like the course because it is mostly similar to the course of b.tech Computer Science and engineering. The only thing it misses is the adaptability of the course with the revolution of new technology. I think every teacher should use presentation for visual learning. And I would suggest the administration to take one continuous internal assessment instead of two show that the students get time to study properly and not panic because of exam is near.

Central library and reading room is very helpfull.
College website is well designed, that gives all college related information.

Dislikes

more number of teachers are needed for students.
smart class room needed for good educational experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For physics students here is a good interface for education. The teachers are nice. also here is a lab for practicing practical work. Lab attendants are also available here to help students. But some equipment in the lab is too old to work correctly.

Likes

The surrounding of our university is fine. When the environment is nice then concentrating becomes easy.
Faculties are more like mentors which makes cooperating easier.

Dislikes

Washrooms can be improved as most disease evolves there.
Canteen food should be more hygienic as tons of students have their meal.

I am pursuing Bachelor degree in Computer Application. As the Strength of computer and technology is surpassing other existing sectors in terms of employment makes me opt Bachelor in Computer Application in the first hand.

Liked the ambience as it was big and have games rooms and library
Faculty and staff members were also very helpful and friendly

Dislikes

College canteen is too much overpriced. Maggie is of 60inr
Didn’t like the campus as it has only one specific building

So i chose BCA because i wanted to gain knowledge in technical field as the future of world is going to be artificial intelligence. The areas of improvements in this course curriculum will be more detailing in codings and more complex coding sessions. The timing of exams were as per schedule and could get influenced due to certain circumstances. The difficulty level of exam depends on your preparation and dedication.

Department of BCA all faculty members are so supportive for the students they are always with students

Water connection needs improvement, sometime water is not coming in the classes

Likes

I liked my friends and the surroundings and specially our teachers.
I enjoy Library sessions. I often go around there.

Dislikes

I disliked the distance of the college from my location.

I pursued a BCA from EIILM KOLKATA. I'm enjoying the journey here. I was eager to learn about the IT industry. And wanted to learn Coding and be a Developer. Our college is preparing us to cope with the dynamic changes in the IT industry. I got direct admission by booking my seat. Semesters are held on time on our campus. We are under Raiganj University.

In 11th class I know about computer program language, then I joined BCA degree in Midnapore College. The student ratio in our department is very high.. Our teaching & non-teaching staff are so friendly. The duration of end semister exam is 6 month. There are difficult to pass
