Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University (RKMVU) is a deemed university administered by the Ramakrishna Mission. Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University has four campuses in Belur, Coimbatore, Ranchi and Narendrapur. The institute provides quality education, research and training   on subjects as varied as rural and tribal development, disability management and special education, fundamental science education and Indian cultural and spiritual heritage and offers admission to following PG and PG Integrated programs:

Candidates can register for admission by filling-in the application form and submitting the required processing fee, on or before last date. Admission to the above programmes is done on the basis of entrance examination.

Eligibility

Candidate must have completed B.Sc. degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Agriculture and Rural Development with at least 50% marks from a recognized institute. The duration of M.Sc. in Agriculture, Rural & Tribal Development is 2 years.

Admission Process

Candidates are selected for PG & Integrated PG courses on the basis of the merit in the entrance examination conducted by the respective departments of the university.

• Username and password will be sent via mail.
• Enter the credentials and fill the application form.
• Pay the application fee of INR 300/- through net banking/debit/credit card.
• Submit the application form and take a print out of it for future references.

Document Required:

• Certificate in proof of age (Madhyamik/Matriculation/School Final/equivalent examination by the State Board).
• SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable.
• Transfer certificate from the Board/University in which candidate last studied should be produced at the time of admission.
• Medical/Health certificate from a registered medical practitioner in the prescribed form to be obtained from the Ashram Dispensary (at the time of admission).
• Certificates, if any, of extra-curricular activities.
