Physics department of Lucknow University!!

Likes

Library, lush green campus , highly qualified faculty
Hostels are clean and with proper ventilation , infrastructure is beautiful but few buildings require renovation

Dislikes

All students don't get hostel, it's alloted meritwise.
Labs are not having modern machines and apparatus

Fees and Financial Aid:

Fees are minimal according to a state university. UP government scholarship, Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya yojna, And many other scholarships for research and innovation are provided by the University. Professors help and provide financial assistance in research. Not many companies visit for campus placement but students excel in NET, GATE, and other exams.

Fees and Financial Aid:

You can apply for the scholarship given by the uttar pradesh government. There is job fair also along with the placement. You can also work with the internet in the college only as per KVPY

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculties are not exactly too good to be exact. Some are actually interactive with the students (but only like 30% of them). Rest just complete their job. Syllabus is quite good. Covers most of the syllabus of NET/GATE etc.

University did not provide any aid to students. Students are dependent on state Government scholarships, which was forwarded by the University, while in some case clerical staff was not doing their work properly.
