My worst college experience

Fees and Financial Aid:

The fee for per semester in my college is 3500rs, i havent got any scholarship till 2yrs bcoz ive not applied for it but this time ive done it,my classmates told me that they got scholarship. registration and admisson fee was 1500rs per semester. every category has same fee.

MSc. Forensic Science at LU

No biased decisions were made during exam marks, it was totally based on the students performance.

Dislikes

During my batch the practicals were not applicable. We barely perform 1 or 2 practical.

Fees of the M.Sc. Forensic Science course was 17,000Rs per year. Scholarship was available for category students and students whose parents earnings were lower than 2Lakh per year. Some students based on the category+earning had zero fees and also got the scholarship from the University.

After the admission my first semester fees was 6400+ and second semester fees was 3300+ . After my first year I got scholarship 9000+ . The fees of rest of semester was also as former. Overall I paid total around 30000 rupees for total 3 years .

Big campus. Quality education.

Fees are nominal. The scholarship is provided by the UP govt. and the university-named VC care fund for eligible candidates. You can also apply for a scholarship provided by the government of India named INSPIRE.

Highly qualified teachers. Campus life is very good.

As it is a government funded institution, the fees is very reasonable. If your annual family income is less than 2.5 lakh, you can apply for scholarship provided by UP govt. University also provide scholarship to finnancially weak students from VC care fund. Campus placement is not good here till now but the university has got the prestigious rating of A++ by NAAC this year. So the chances for increment in placements are very high.

Lucknow university

Since it's a central university the fees are very affordable per semester it is around 4000 so two semesters a year approximately comes to 10000-14000 a year. There are many scholarship givers for economically weaker or bright scholars you can check that on their website. A normal BSc , BCom, ba won't land you a good placement we do it for basic qualifications or to be eligible for competitive exams

The fees for the first year of BSc were 24000 (I guess). You can fill the up government scholarship form for the scholarship if you want to get many students to get their scholarship. But you have to prepare all the documents first for the up scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is a bit lagging than the scheduled time however somehow the faculties manage to complete it before the exams. The faculty is hard working and very involved in providing all the necessary study material which might help the students in their preparations for the examination. But, there's a coordination problem between departments which indeed sometimes creates chaos among students as well. All in all it's totally a good learning experience.
