Subharti Institution is a Meerut-based private university. Some of my friends studied there. They said it is very easy to cheat in exams. Now, this kind of reputation isn't that excellent. But yes, you can go with Subharti University for correspondence courses because it follows all the Government recognition like UGC, DEB, AIU, AICTE . It means your degree will be valid from this University globally. Though it is suggested that IGNOU would be a better option.
