Admission to the MBBS program requires passing the NEET exam, followed by a counseling process to choose preferred colleges. The faculty consists of well-qualified postgraduate teachers, although the teacher-student ratio is high at 1:150. The college's annual fee is 2,050,000 INR, which includes tuition (1,700,000 INR), hostel and mess (250,000 INR), and examination fees (100,000 INR). The total course cost is approximately 7,000,000 INR, excluding any administrative fines. The course offers placements after the 5.5-year duration, including a one-year internship that can be completed at the college or elsewhere.

The internship offers a monthly stipend of 12,000 to 18,000 INR in line with MCI guidelines. Despite the high fees, there is no scholarship or loan provision available through the college.
