Ques. Does CCSU offer any reservations or relaxations to the SC/ST/OBC/EWS admissions?
Ans. No, CCSU does not have reservation policies stipulated by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Students in reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS also can be given seat reservations and relaxations in minimum qualifying marks wherever the case may be. In document verification, the candidates should bring credible caste or category certificates issued by qualified authorities otherwise they will be considered in general category.
Ques. Does CCSU have lateral entry admissions in programs such as B.Tech or MCA?
Ans. CCSU does have lateral entry, in some programs, including B.Tech and MCA, at the discretion of the availability of seats, and the university rules regarding the particular academic year. Lateral entry also involves the candidate possessing a relevant diploma or bachelor degree with desired minimum marks. The guidelines are subject to change as the applicants will need to visit the official CCSU admission brochure to check the updated guidelines because the lateral entry criteria can vary each year.
