Aspirants seeking admission to 5 year Full-time Bachelor of Veterinary Science [BVSc] & A.H. Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement

A pass in the Higher Secondary Course (10+2)/CBSE/any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto and fulfilling the following requirements are mandatory.
In addition, for that candidate who have appeared for March 2019 HSC examination of Tamil Nadu State Board, a pass in 11th standard examination is mandatory.

This college has more exposure to clinical knowledge in india
And also has very good and vast Library in veterinary

Dislikes

Campus is small for a veterinary college
Playground are not regularly maintained and used

Mess food for veg peoples not good ,for nonveg guys its good

For VCI students icar scolarship is there and that is 36000 and for state quota peoples ..state scolarship is there and that is 15000 Well equipped hostel and mess ...all facilities are there like water coolers fans dining space etc..playgrounds indoor and outdoor

Likes

The ambience of the college, because it is situated in peacefull area.
Infrastructure of college and hostel facility is very good.

Dislikes

The climate is very extreme and it is difficult to adap to that climatic conditions.
The college is somewhat outside the city area.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Since it is a government college,the fee structure is not very high, it's around 15000 per year and the cost of study will be around 5000 per year and the hostel and mess fees will be within 30000 per year. We got the scholarships from the government.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Yes, i have a good opinion about the college,they are giving the practical as well as theoretical knowledge. The syllabus was divided and taught separately to understand in an easy manner.the campus was vast and farm facility and hospital facility also available within that.it is also safety for girls students as having hostel within the campus.

Yes. I have opted for scholarship. Our college offered scholarship opportunities to students. This scholarship based on tha community students. They gave a application for individual community students. and we applied a application and submitted to the college. after a month they transferred a money to our account.

My tryst with Madras Veterinary College (MVC)

Fee Structure And Facilities:

The fee structure is reasonable. The fee is low as compared to other colleges and it provides optimum facilities at such a low cost. I had to pay around 19,000 a year for 4 years. Hostel charges had to be paid separately.

The fees is quite moderate as this a government college. There are also scholarships available for the needy. I was glad to get an scholarships on basis of my scores. The hostel as well as mess charges are different.
