HITS B.Tech Mechatronics: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Most students receive job offers, with salary packages typically ranging from 3.5 LPA to 6 LPA, though a few exceed 7 LPA. Internships, especially in the final semester, are highly encouraged, sometimes taking precedence over regular courses, but completing a final-year project remains compulsory. The initial year fee is 132,000, which reduces to 120,000 for subsequent years, with an option for EMI payments.

Scholarships are available based on performance in inter MPC or Plus 1 and 2 MPC marks.
