Jagannath Univ PhD Pharmacy Admission 2026

Jagannath University, Jaipur conducts Ph.D. admissions through its own entrance test (JUEE) followed by a personal interview. The 2026 JUEE was held on February 1, 2026. UGC NET 2026 Dates

Note: UGC NET qualification can exempt candidates from the university entrance test as per UGC PhD Regulations 2022. Candidates with a valid UGC NET/JRF score may be directly called for interview.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must hold an M.Pharm degree with a minimum of 55% marks or CGPA of 5.5-6 on a 10-point scale from a recognized university.
• SC/ST/PwD candidates are eligible with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Candidates with a valid UGC NET/JRF qualification may be exempted from the university entrance test and directly called for interview.

Admission Process

• Fill and submit the online application form at jagannathuniversity.org with an application fee of Rs. 500.
• Appear for the JUEE (Jagan Nath University Entrance Exam) - a written test assessing research aptitude, subject knowledge, and general ability.
• Shortlisted candidates are called for a personal interview/viva-voce.
• Selected candidates receive provisional admission on payment of the prescribed fee.
• Submit required documents: PG and UG degree certificates, consolidated mark sheets, migration certificate, passport-size photographs, fellowship certificate (if any), sponsorship/NOC from employer (if applicable), and copies of publications (if any).

Jagannath Univ PhD Pharmacy Scholarships 2026

Jagannath University, Jaipur offers multiple scholarship avenues for Ph.D. scholars, including merit-based scholarships and government-sponsored schemes. Eligible SC/ST, OBC, and PwD students can avail scholarships through the National Scholarship Portal and the Rajasthan government's Social Justice and Empowerment Department. Scholars with UGC JRF/SRF fellowships can also avail their fellowship amounts while pursuing the program.
