Now coming to the hyped extra curricular activities, there are none. No one in the college bothers to participate, its always the same people. If you want to join something (even the gym, which is free for students in most of the colleges) you have to pay extra even after paying the hefty amount of fees ( around 25 lakhs, annually) and hostel fees. They charge you the same money they charge the non-uni people. Youre not even allowed to use the university grounds, even for running or just walking. Most students definitely do not recommend this college.There is no college life whatsoever and you definitely wont want your medical degree from DY Patil University, since its reputation is very bad especially in Mumbai.It's better to take a drop year than coming to this college, otherwise all youll end up with is dealing with insults, bad behaviour and criticism, plus guilt for paying so much fees.
