The following are the step by step method of filling in the application form of the University:

Step 1: You should enter all the valid details in the online form that is available on the official website of KEA under the PGCET-2015 form. After the candidate has completed filling in the information, a login id and password is generated for the candidates to have access to their application forms.

Step 2: The candidates are required to upload their recent passport photograph in the JPEG format.

Step 3: Download the form and take a print of the challan that has three parts to it. Candidates of Karnataka will have to pay an amount of Rs. 650, in case of General Category students and an amount of Rs. 500 for SC/ST category students for each course applied for. The candidate is supposed to pay the requisite amount in any of the specified branches of the specified banks. The bank will retain its own copy and return the rest two copies to the candidate.

Step 4: The candidates are then supposed to take a print out of the application form on an A-4 size sheet. They should then affix the passport size photographs, signature, left-hand thumb impression on the given space. The signatures of the Principal and seal should be put on the form from their former university of undergrad.

It is necessary for the candidate to remember that he/she shall retain a copy of the bank challan and also the password and id that is provided to them.

Aspirants seeking admission to 2 Year Full-time M.Tech Program should have passed the prescribed qualifying examinations with not less than 50% of the marks in the aggregate of all the years of the degree examinations. However, in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and Group I, the aggregate percentage of marks in the qualifying examinations shall not be less than 45%.
