Yes. PSTU reserves a 5% supernumerary National Integration Quota for non-Telangana students. These seats are additional and separate from the regular merit pool. State domicile proof must be submitted at counselling.

Is there a management quota or direct admission at PSTU?

Accepted Answer

No. Suravaram Pratap Reddy Telugu University has no management quota. All seats are filled strictly through PSTUCET merit and centralised counselling.

How are PSTU PhD seats allotted?

PhD admissions follow two categories. Category 1 (JRF and national fellowship holders) receive direct admission. Category 2 (NET, GATE, SET, M.Phil qualified) appear for a written entrance exam and interview scored out of 50 marks. Competitive exam performance carries 25 of those marks.
