Admission to Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences (AITS) is based on the ECET entrance exam for diploma students wishing to pursue a B.Tech degree. The admission process includes web counseling and certificate verification, ensuring merit-based selection. Financial assistance and concessions are available for students from economically challenged backgrounds, with government schemes like Jagananna Vidya Deevena and Vasathi Deevena covering up to 70% of tuition fees. The annual tuition fee for B.Tech is approximately Rs. 75,570, with additional building and hostel fees.

For students eligible for state government fee reimbursement, the out-of-pocket fee is reduced to Rs. 25,000, as the government covers Rs. 35,000 of the total Rs. 60,000 annual fee. Payments can be made online or offline through Andhra Bank. The college does not provide direct scholarships, but loans are available through banks.
