Admission to Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences (AITS) is based on the ECET entrance exam for diploma students wishing to pursue a B.Tech degree. The admission process includes web counseling and certificate verification, ensuring merit-based selection. Financial assistance and concessions are available for students from economically challenged backgrounds, with government schemes like Jagananna Vidya Deevena and Vasathi Deevena covering up to 70% of tuition fees. The annual tuition fee for B.Tech is approximately Rs. 75,570, with additional building and hostel fees.

For students eligible for state government fee reimbursement, the out-of-pocket fee is reduced to Rs. 25,000, as the government covers Rs. 35,000 of the total Rs. 60,000 annual fee.
