Dislikes
- Sometimes information on the digital learning portal would not suffice for students.
- Certain lecture slides did not provide enough information and only had pictures in it.
- The undergraduate students joined a few lecture classes of postgraduate students inhibting us to ask questions to the professor during the class.
Campus Life
There are several societies and clubs such as the Biomedical Club, Badminton Club and the Geek Society enriching the experience of international students and providing them with opportunities to connect with people from all walks of life. The huge library is a walk-in paradise for book lovers. There are study rooms in the library for students. WIFI is also freely available for students. The exceptional infrastructure, research resources and social events make it a great university!
Accommodation
I opted for private accommodation. There were single rooms with a common kitchen and dining area. I was sharing the flat with 4 other people. However, it is best to go for university accommodation as they strictly adhere to the rules mentioned in the contract (unlike private student halls) facilitating smooth stay for international students.
