Academic Qualification

• A First-class (GPA 3.7–4.0) or strong upper second-class (GPA 3.5–3.69) undergraduate degree with honours in Fine Art or a related subject.
• Applicants with a degree outside Fine Art or a related subject may be considered if they submit a strong Fine Art portfolio.

Alternative Qualification Applicants

Applicants without a Fine Art BA but with a strong Fine Art portfolio may be considered if they have been outside education for many years.

Country Specific Requirement

For a Strong Upper Second-Class Undergraduate degree:

• 4-year Degree: 60% (prestigious institutions) or 70% (others).
• 3-year Degree: 65% (prestigious) or 70% (others).
• Minimum GPA on Different Scale: (3.3/4.0), (5.0/7.0), (6.0/8.0), or (8.0/10.0).

For a First-Class Undergraduate Degree:

• 4-year Degree: 65% (prestigious) or 75% (others).
• 3-year Degree: 70% (prestigious) or 75% (others).
• Minimum GPA on Different Scale: (3.5/4.0), (5.5/7.0), (6.5/8.0), or (8.5/10.0).

Required GPA for USA Degrees

Minimum GPA 3.6 out of 4.0.

Other Qualification

Applicants should include relevant achievements in their application:

• Exhibitions: Details of any art exhibitions participated in.
• Publications: Any published work related to Fine Art.
• Awards: Any awards or recognitions received.
• Residencies: Participation in artist residencies.

NOTE: These achievements will be considered by assessors but are not mandatory.

English Proficiency Test

• IELTS Academic: Overall 7.5, with a minimum of 7.0 per component.
• TOEFL iBT (including Home Edition): Overall 110, with Listening: 22, Reading: 24, Speaking: 25, Writing: 24.
• C1 Advanced: Overall 191, with a minimum of 185 per component.
• C2 Proficiency: Overall 191, with a minimum of 185 per component.
• Oxford Test of English Advanced: Overall: 165, Minimum: 155
