Academic Qualification

• Educational Qualification:
  • A degree from a recognized university OR
  • A postgraduate/post-experience qualification from a recognized institution OR
  • A professional qualification equivalent to a degree from an approved body.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial/professional experience in private, public, or charitable sectors.

• Without Degree: Minimum 7 years of relevant managerial/professional experience.
• References Required: Two written references (normally one academic).
• Selection Process: Online interview to assess mutual fit.

• Fast-Track Process: ACCA members do not require an interview but can request a discussion.

• If Programmes requiring IELTS 6.5 or higher:
• Then, 65% in English (For CBSE, CISCE, Maharashtra).
• 70% in English (For Other State Boards).

• Cambridge English (C1 Advanced / C2 Proficiency): Requires CEFR B2 overall (160-179) in all components.
• GCE A-level (Essay-based subject): Must have Grade C in subjects like English Literature, Humanities, etc., with continued use of English.
• GCSE English: Requires Grade C with higher-level qualifications above GCSE level and continued use of English.
• IGCSE English: Grade C in First or Second Language with higher-level qualifications.
• International Baccalaureate (IB): Requires 4 at Standard Level in English with continued use of English.
• INTO Grad Dip: Minimum 55% overall with 65%+ in the English Language Module.
• Kaplan Foundation - English for Academic Purposes (EAP): Minimum 60% overall with 55% in each skill.

• IELTS: Overall 6.5, Minimum: 6.0 (in each Skill).
• TOEFL: Overall 88 with minimum scores of Reading: 22, Listening: 21, Speaking: 24, Writing: 21.
• PTE: 71.
• Language Cert Academic: 70.
• Kaplan Test of English (KTE): Overall: 459 - 494, Components minimum: 459.
• Language Cert International ESOL B2: Overall: 152, Components minimum 35.
• OIEG - ELLT (Oxford International Education Group): Overall score of 7 with a minimum of 6.0.
