Academic Qualification

• A bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized university, equivalent to a UK 2:1 (equivalent to GPA 3.0 to 3.7 on a 4.0 scale)or 2:2 (equivalent to GPA 2.6 to 3.0 on a 4.0 scale) honours degree. 

Country Specific Requirement

• Upper Second Class (2:1): 60% or GPA of 6.0/10 or 3.0/4.0.
• Lower Second Class (2:2): 55% or GPA of 5.5/10 or 2.6/4.0.
• CBSE/CISCE English in 12th: 75% 

•  Student visa required for full-time study; part-time courses are not eligible for university sponsorship

English Requirements

• IELTS: 6.5 overall, with no component below 6.0.
• TOEFL iBT: 90 Overall, Minimum 19 in writing and listening, 20 in reading and22 in speaking)
• PTE: 71 Overall, Minimum of 65 in each element.
