Academic Qualification

• IB Score: 36 points overall or 766 in 3 HL (Higher Level) certificates.
• IB Mathematics Requirement: 6 in standard level or 4 in higher level math.
• A-Level Requirements: A*AA including Mathematics
• GCSE Requirements: GCSE Maths grade 7 (A) or above, and GCSE English grade 4 (C) or above

• Excluded Subjects: General Studies, Leisure Studies, and Global Perspectives & Research.

NOTE: A*AA:

• A*: A grade* in one subject (the highest possible grade).
• A: A grade in two other subjects.

• Access to HE Diploma: 42 Level 3 credits at Distinction + 3 Level 3 credits at Merit + A in A-level Maths.
• RQF BTEC Nationals:
  • Extended Diploma: D*DD (must be combined with an A in A-level Maths).
  • National Diploma: DD + A* in A-level Maths.
  • National Extended Certificate: D + A*A in A-levels (one must be Maths).

NOTE:

• D*DD: *Distinction (highest grade) in one unit, and Distinction in two units.
• DD + A in A Level*:
  • DD: Distinction in two units of a BTEC National Diploma.
  • A*: A grade* in one A Level subject (the highest grade).
• D + A*A in A Levels:

• Standard XII: 80% overall, with 80% in Mathematics and a related science (Physics/Chemistry).

• IHSC XII (Maharashtra Board): 75%-93%

• IHSC XII (West Bengal Board): 65%-83%

English Requirements

• IELTS: 6.5 overall, with no component below 6.0.
• TOEFL iBT: 90 Overall, Minimum 19 in writing and listening, 20 in reading and 22 in speaking)
• PTE: 71 Overall, Minimum of 65 in each element.
