It was very updated and the professors always talked about the updated laws they always used to send notifications if any amendments were made especially in IP in Music Contracts class. My university gave us the opportunity to attend an Intellectual Property seminar at Maastricht University for academic exposure.
In Indian rupees it costed around 27,00000 INR

The PhD programme at Queen Mary University is driven by subject specific research and the QMIPRI is one of the world's biggest IP research institutes. The PhD programme has proven fruitful, yet difficult. It not only improves your research skills, but it also broadens your viewpoint. Starting the PhD in a pandemic was very tough but the cohort and professors have helped a lot. The QMIPRI has organized various research seminars to share our research works, there were number of staff seminars as well as research paper swaps. The doctoral college separately organized various skill development programmes and productive seminars which includes writing retreats, productivity related seminars, mental health related seminars etc.
It is waived for me due to scholarship.
The very fact that QMUL is situated in the heart of London helps you access top tier international law firms which are in close vicinity of the University. Also the classes (theoretical aspects) were coupled with relevant practical exposure.
19,500 GBP (2017-2018)
The course curriculum is very good. There is a vast choice of subjects enabling students to opt for something that interests them and also chalk the career path they wish to follow. Concerning the assessment format, there are mainly three forms of assessment: take-home exam, a final exam or an essay (depends on the subject).
The fee structure is good. It depends on whether the person applying is a home student or an international student. If the fees are paid in full at the start of the year, the University offers a 1% discount. However, fees can be paid in two installments as well. It should be noted that there are no application fees. Other additional charges may be there if one opts for University accommodation.
