Academic Requirements

• Applicants must have a 2:2 in any subject area or international equivalent overall 50% in a Bachelor's degree of a minimum of three years in duration.
• Successful completion of a CIPD Intermediate Level 5 Diploma.
• Appropriate professional qualifications in another business discipline (e.g. marketing, finance, accounting, psychology).
• Relevant professional experience that will enable them to fully participate in and complete the course. You will be asked to provide a 500 word portfolio of work before being considered.
• Applicants who have been successfully assessed against the CIPD standards at other centres will normally be granted admission with approval of prior learning. I.e. they can be granted exemption from modules that are the same or similar to those they have already passed at another CIPD centre.

• IELTS 6.5 overall, with no less than 5.5 in each skill.
• TOEFL iBT Overall 79-93 – At least - Reading 10, Listening 9, Speaking 17, Writing 19
• PTE Overall 61 with at least 51 in all skills
• Indian Standard XII English – (Central Board of Education (CBSE), Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), National Open School - 75%
• Indian Standard XII English – Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala) - 80%
• Indian Standard XII English – Maharashtra - 75%
