Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold a minimum of a 2.1 honours degree or equivalent (eg GPA 3.0/4 or equivalent) with Computing Science as a major subject from a recognized university.
- Students having a background in any engineering field are also eligible to apply for the program.
- Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

- Statement of Purpose - This is an essay or any written statement written by the student while applying.
- English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.

Not only were the teachers experts in their areas, they were also very passionate about teaching and helping their students reach their full potential. The challenging curriculum, wide range of research options, and cutting-edge tools all made my learning better. null
- Multicultural Diversity: The University of Glasgow is proud of its diverse and welcoming population. Talking to students and teachers from around the world helped me see things from a different point of view and learn more about other cultures. My friends' different backgrounds and ideas helped me learn new things and gave me a global view on technology and computers. null
- Historical Significance: The university has a long past that goes back to 1451. This gives the campus a unique feel. The stunning architecture, such as the iconic Gilbert Scott Building, and the sense of custom and heritage provided an inspiring backdrop for my studies. - Opportunities for Research: The University of Glasgow is a centre for cutting edge research, and I had the chance to work on a number of research projects during my programme. The focus on study and new ideas made the workplace intellectually stimulating, and I had the chance to work on cutting-edge projects and help advance the field of computer science. null

- Administrative Processes: The University of Glasgow has a lot of administrative complications, just like many other colleges and universities. Sometimes, the steps for enrolling, registering, or getting a visa can be long and hard to understand. Streamlining the way administration works could make things better for all students. null
- Cost of Living: Living in Glasgow can be pretty pricey, even though it's a lively and exciting city. This can be hard, especially for foreign students, and you may need to carefully plan your budget and finances. null
- Communication - Despite the abundance of accessible support, obtaining accurate information can be challenging. Universities could communicate detailed information more frequently through social media platforms and daily emails. null
Overall, my time at the University of Glasgow has been very rewarding and life-changing. The school not only offered a top-notch education, but also a lively and varied student life. I have been able to do many academic and extracurricular things that have helped me grow as a person and as a thinker. The dedicated teachers, state-of-the-art facilities, and helpful community have all made my college experience one I will never forget.
