B.Sc Economics from University Of Exeter [EXETER UNI], Exeter - Fees & Admission Details 2026

• I believe it will highly depend on the course you are choosing and the areas within it that you are inclined towards. I had two classes a week; the course was highly up-to-date, and we were taught to conduct doctoral-level research.

• It has changed now, and depends on the course, I was offered a scholarship of 8k pounds.

• The academics on my course were highly relevant, I think it is an integral part whole choosing your course. The teaching and academics at UoE is a mixed balance of learning and practical experience.
• It is a great way of adding lots of assignments and making learning collaborative.

• The tuition was 28000GBP for the entire course, out of which I received flat 5000GBP scholarship, accommodation took another 11000GBP but it depends and fluctuates on the type of accommodation.
• The university gives an option for all 3 mentioned options.
• Monthly expenses can again vary from individual to individual- 900GBP
• Breakdown- Rent- 600GBP, Transportation- 60GBP, Food- 120-150GBP, Miscellaneous- 100-150GBP

• It was really very difficult; the students don't get spoonfed like in india starting from the basics, you are expected to do your own study; all they do is provide sufficient materials for it to support. Well, I was pretty good at catching the accent so didnt really face many problems during class while they were explaining unless they weren't loud enough. My course was half technical and half theoretical; never neglect the deadline of assignment and give your 100% into it only then might you reach somewhere u can be passed
• A positive aspect of the course would be the resources they provided to learn but a negative would be trying to make us learn 3-4 programming languages in just 1-2 months, which was crazy. In a day there are 3 or more sometimes rarely more but in a week only 5 days of classes
• There were 70 to 80 students in our class; most of them were Indians, and the rest of them were Chinese, Koreans, Indonesians and Hongkongers.

• I paid entire fees in one go but there is also option to pay semester-wise.
• So the total fees were 29500 pounds. 2500 advance deposit.
• 3000-pound international student scholarship there was a 7500 scholarship based on my academic performance, which I didnt get.
• So in total I paid 26000 pounds
• So I paid rent once in 6 months, which was 3680 pounds and for the next 6 months I stayed in a shared accommodation, which cost me 3360 pounds for months.
• Living expenses per month was around 250 pounds

• Course was very relevant and included a good amount of research experience. We had about 2 classes a day on average, 5 days a week. Our class strength was 40 pupils.

• Total fees was £24k but I got a £5k scholarship so my fees was £19k

• Extremely modern and relevant course. There were visits to companies and a focus on practical and job skill aspects.
• We had 4 classes a day on average and timings could be between 8:30am and 6pm (Not fixed timings or classes each day). Some classes had 15 - 20 students max and some lectures had 100+

• Fees is 25000 gbp per year (1-year course for me)

• The course was updated and relevant but extremely superficial.
• No industrial or research exposure was given as the duration was only 1 year.
• There were 4-5 classes spread throughout the day.
• There were 100+ students in my class. 

• £22,000 (excluding scholarship)

• The modules offered were unique and updated according to the current trend and skills demanded by the employers.

• Fee upto –  25,000 GBP.

• Course syllabus is very well updated, research experience is self research.
• In a day there will be 3 classes , timings depends on the courses, Avg number of students would be 70.

• My fees was  GBP 28,000.

There is an option for the placement year. However, I did not take it. The course syllabus is according to what's happening in real life.

Fee starts at 19500 GBP in the first year. increases every year by around 1000 GBP.

Course curriculum was rigorous and provided in depth learning to the scholar.

For the program starting in 2020, the fees for my course was 19700 GBP but the scholarship is a great help.
