- The Electrical and Electronic Engineering degrees allow students ts to develop specialist knowledge of the scientific concepts, design and methods relating to electrical and electronic engineering products, processes and systems.
- All Engineering students at Warwick develop an in-depth understanding of the classical principles of engineering by following a general engineering programme for the first four terms.
- Thereafter, students on the Electrical & Electronic Engineering degree continue to study the same modules like those on the Electronic Engineering programme until the end of the second year.
- The later years of the degree cover power electronics, electrical machines, systems modelling and the operation and control of power systems.
- Modules on this course reflect the key research areas including power electronics and systems, communications, embedded systems and silicon-based smart sensors.
