- Master of Science in Building Surveying at the University of The West of England is a 1-year program.
- It is an on-campus program offered on both a full-time and a part-time basis.
- Both the full-time and part-time courses are accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).
- The MSc in Building Surveying is an innovative course for graduates who wish to follow an accredited route towards qualification as a Chartered Building Surveyor and/or Chartered Building Engineer.
- Attendance for full-time students is two days per week and for part-time students the equivalent of one day per week.
- University provides a well-equipped laboratory for concrete and environmental services, environmental physics, earth sciences, spatial analysis (including mapping and Geographical Information Systems), and surveying technology.
- The library gives students 24/7 access to a vast number of journals and databases, and many computer labs are also open around the clock.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students require an honours degree at 2:2 or above from a recognized university.

Applicants who do not meet the normal entry requirements, but who have relevant professional experience or qualifications are eligible to apply for the program.
Indian Students Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Students have to complete a 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Students must complete a Higher Secondary School Certificate/Indian School Certificate – Standard XII from CBSE/CISCE/WBCHSEB: English Language with 70%. This qualification must have been completed within the last three years.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
