Academic Requirements

• A second-class honours degree in a construction related discipline, or equivalent, a minimum score of 55% is required for direct entry onto the Master’s programme. 
• Students are selected using application form and references in the first instance. 
• However, if students have a compatible non-cognate degree and/or have relevant industrial experience they may be interviewed and if successful offered a place on the Masters course or on the postgraduate certificate version of the course with the potential to extend this to a full Master’s degree.
• or A Postgraduate Certificate in a construction related discipline, or a related subject with a minimum of grade C (equivalent 50-55%) in all modules.

• 72% in Year 12 English (Second year marks): From the following boards: Board of Intermediate Education (Andhra Pradesh), Bihar Board, Board, Jharkhand Board, Himachal Board, Jammu & Kashmir Board, Gujarat Board and Telangana Board.
• 70% in Year 12 English: From the following boards: CBSE, AISSCE, Maharashtra Board, West Bengal Board, Kerala Board, Karnataka Board, Madhya Pradesh Board, Rajasthan Board and other Boards
• Standard English Language requirements - IELTS 6.5 (min 6.0 in all components) Applicants for the Postgraduate Programmes need to obtain 75%-78% in their Standard XII English examination depending on the board they have studied with.

English Proficiency Score

• IELTS Overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 in each area is required
• TOEFL iBT Overall Score of 79 with no component score less than 21
• Pearson PTE Overall score of 65 with no component score less than 59
