Admission Requirements

• Applicants are normally expected to have a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree with 55%), in surveying, construction, civil engineering, real estate or any other construction subject.
• In exceptional circumstances, applicants who do not meet the standard entry requirement but have relevant professional experience may be invited to an interview and test, at which they will be required to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding for entry onto the course.

English Proficiency Score

• IELTS score of 6.0 overall (with no band below 5.5) is required
• TOEFL iBT score of 80, reading 20, listening 18, speaking 21, writing 19
• Pearson PTE score of 59 is required in all skills 
• English Qualifications Accepted - Indian Standard XII - For Indian students from Andhra Pradesh, CBSE, CISCE, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu boards, a 65% score equals an IELTS 6.0 overall, with no skill below 5.5, for courses requiring IELTS 6.0.
