What Students Say
Likes
- Opportunities to explore other interests. (Societies)
- Infrastructure- sports facilities, study spaces
- Career centre to help with CVs and jobs.
I chose this country as it is closer to India than US and Canada. The Business School is ranked quite high and the University is in the Russell Group. There is also a great campus life.
Course Curriculum
There is an option for the placement year. However, I did not take it. The course syllabus is according to what's happening in real life.
Faculty
Faculty is very approachable, you can meet them during office hours to clear doubts. The career centre advises on how to get jobs. You can also get part time jobs on campus which pay you hourly.
Campus Life
Facilities- Library, study spaces, gym, many sports facilities.
Societies- there are 100s of societies. I am in the Business and Finance society and the Asian society. There are events held by societies throughout the year.
Placement
Many companies visit our campus such as Deloitte, EY etc.

In my first year I paid around 170 GBP per week for 51 weeks. This was for an en-suite room with a shared kitchen. However, there are slightly cheaper options available as well.
