New Delhi: University of Bath is inviting applications for admission to its MSc Criminology for the academic year 2024-25. Interested students should apply through the official website till June 30, 2024.
The University of Bath offers M.Sc in Criminology degree under the Department of social and Policy Sciences. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in social sciences, humanities or arts discipline, with a final overall result of at least first class are eligible to apply for the program.

Students who have graduated within the last 5 years from an Indian university where the medium of instruction is English, and achieved at least 75% for English in their Indian 12th standard examinations will have to submit their proof of marks.
Selected applicants will have to pay a fee of 1000 Euros after receiving the offer letter. This fee will be deducted from the tuition fees during the time of final admission to start the course. The tuition fee for Indian students is 26,500 Euros.

The admission notice said “The course aims to approach criminology from a global perspective, particularly in units such as state crime, rights and global justice. Students on this course can expect to develop research, analysis and communication skills and gain an understanding of how these skills can be applied in the criminal justice field,”
On completion of the course, students will get to work in the fields related to criminology such as prison and probation services, victim support, offender management, rehabilitation and more. Graduates may also wish to consider further study such as a social and policy sciences PhD at the University of Bath.
