Fees are exempted for Students fulfilling the following conditions:
- Students having a temporary Swedish residence permit for reasons other than studies
- Students who are already registered for studies at a Swedish University (Exempt from paying the application fee, but they will still need to pay tuition fees)
- Students who are registered at a university outside of Sweden and will be studying in Sweden temporarily as an exchange student
