Course Curriculum Overview
Mr Father is a Medical Representative who inspired me to choose this course, & besides this, the practical skills we learned in labs and theories we learned while relating to real life examples, along with a projector for our better understanding, help us apply knowledge further during our internships and make us skill oriented for for industrial work.
Placement Experience
Many placement opportunities will start coming at the start of the final year, which means sometimes from the 7th semester as well. Some of the companies that came for placements are Alembic Pharmaceuticals,JB Boulders, and some more. They came with the average package of Rs 2.7-3 LPA .
Fees and Financial Aid
I have paid RS 36,500 as tuition fees and Rs 4000 as examination fees, so in total Rs 40,500 per semester, and about the fellowship, I didn't receive it, but some of my friends had applied for the MYSY fellowship, for which you have to achieve a specific percentage, and qualify for the category to achieve scholarship.
Campus Life
Our University focuses on studies as well as on extracurricular activities like sports. Every year organizes sports league along with our college fest, ILLUMINATI. There, we get exposure to technical events, sports literature, and workshops for enhancing our skills.
Admission
When I visited the college, I really liked the campus, and one thing that caught my eye was that there's a uniform for each department, which is a really good concept to train us for industries, and it also brings every student to the same level, no one is superior or inferior based on economy.
Faculty
Faculty are pretty interactive and always ready to solve our doubts and queries. They don't just deliver lectures based on the syllabus; they also help us to understand through real-life examples or by using projectors. Each semester is conducted as per the guidelines of PCI, so as per the syllabus, not every subject is easy, but with the guidance & support of our faculty, it became easy to pass the subjects with a good score.
Interview Experience
We can get admission through ACPC or management quota based on the ranks scored in 12th boards, NEET, and GUJCET exams. There's a government portal, ACPC, in which you have to select the college of your interest and wait for the allotment of college. There are 3 rounds conducted.
Night Life
Our Library is really good and peaceful, we can spend our free time studying there, and we also get library lectures to get us used to making self-notes as well. Near the School of pharmacy theres really beautiful place where we like to take pictures, as there are pink and white bougainvilleas along with a lot of hibiscus, which enhances the beauty of our campus very much.
