What Students Say

Likes

Hostel is somewhat liberal for boys but it's strict for girls
College hours is somewhat low ,and friendly staffs
Bus fare is low , there's no college in surrounding who provides free transport.

Dislikes

Theres no culturals in this college, minimum sports events,
Hostel mess food is in not quite good ,need to be improved
Large campus ,but no required infrastructure, infrastructure should be improved and maintained

Course Curriculum Overview

They don't focus on practical curriculum or syllabus but theory subjects, practical curriculum should be improved ,and lots of unwanted subjects, unwanted subjects should be removed, focus on only main subjects, that's it

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

College fee for my batch for this course is quite affordable,while compared to other colleges . Infrastructure is poor and old, Bus fare is free ,hostel food is average , not experienced staff , sports infrastructure is quite poor

Campus Life

There's no annual celebration or cultural events int this college, Library is available and limited amount of books also accessible, Theres no technological provisions in class room just like a old class, They don't conduct or give much credits to sports ,they don't even provide transportation facilities related to sports training, Clubs are there but inactive.

Hostel Facilities

Four members in a room with attached bathroom Four tables and six racks. Meal quality is very low ,water time is limited, Along with college fee hostel fees will be deducted, I would have rented a room or pg in porus my nearest location

Hostel Fee: INR 50000 per year

Admission

First of all,fees structure was very high for ai&ds in other colleges while here it is completely low,they often provide free seats for 60%. I didn't get rejected from any college, their fees structure was not fair

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio ,I would like say 1:2 Not all facilities are well train or well trainable,some need to be improved, Jhonny sir is very friendly and well completed trainer, Pavithra ,she doesn't even know anything about python program and rude

Night Life

Bro,we can't even get out of the host or campus after 6o clock,for outing there's some procedure like outpass etc shits, Weekly outpass only available and it's Sunday only not any other days, Lots of mosquito problem and internet problem.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.

KIT is an amazing college due to its academic focus without compromising on the extracurriculars. The college has a good hostel facility and a wifi enabled campus for the students. The college focusses in quality education by giving both practical and theoretical knowledge.

Best experience of KEC

First I Just applied for Pani malar college but they are just asking for more money and lot of donation so I can't afford that so I went to this college and they said that they had the coure and department I want so I feel more good while comparing to other colleges iso decided to join in that college, eligibility for admission is simple you must have 60 % in your marks, they see cut off for eligibility not it's ok to have low cut-offs , I didn't got rejected by any of the college for sure I chose this college on my own...Read More
