Faculties teaching methods are extraordinary inthis college
Hostel facilities are good - water, restroom are okay
Two big cultural events - pongal celebration, Nakshatra

Dislikes

Hostel food is too bad and serving food also not good
Hostel food time table should 'nt correctly followed
They did not give importance to sports and other activities like studies

Course Curriculum Overview

They teach only in the classroom,they don't teach in other places like tech lab.So in real world I think it would be difficult.Timing of exams are also two short in this college.. But coaching is good

Campus Life

In this college technological class rooms are too small and have less numbers.The class rooms also not good...like other colleges... Whether if you prefer studying choose this college because in this college they don't give same important to sports

Admission

Comparing other big colleges this college don't ask donation for any courses.So only I choose this college.But the cultural events are less in the college.If you want to come by counselling choose this college otherwise it's your wish

Faculty

In this college faculties are well educated and there teaching methods are also too good from my point of view. They did not target any student,all are same Exams - IAT 1, IAT2 , MODEL Exam, Model practical, University practical, University exam Internal marks are putted based on you iat exams

Interview Experience

In this college there is no gd for admission and hand written test also.. you can easily join in this college.you need atleast 30k for the admission process so when you are going to take admission please take money with you

Night Life

Gym facilities are available in this college but this is too small for this college. Cafeteria are also available which is ok. Engineering class time 9.15 am to 4.45 pm. Hostel facilities are ok in this college

Detailed review of Sathyabama University

Placement Experience:

top tech companies will come to our campus for replacement some of them are Amazon, JP Morgan, TCS, cognizant according to our skill level, they will choose before applying for any company. And the average placement they offer is 7-10 LPA. You should pass some exams in our college, which is held by our placement cell, so those are pretty much annoying nearly 10 exams they will put just for applying for each company.

Good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculums are good (it depends on depts) and they are updated and new electives/ cbcs are added thus updating curriculum and there are subject with heavy lab which don't have end sem instead lab and only internal which is not what other colleges have. they also have open book test for subjcts like programming languge so students can focus on learning the language instaed of memorizing. however as we are batch of a new regulation we are not aware of kind of questions that would come. however forthcoming batches won't be having this issue. unlike other collges only 2 internal exams and 1 semester is conducted. both the internal is given equal weightage ( having unit 1&2 and 3&4 for each exams) and retest is also conducted for internal however even if one exam not written they need to write all 4 unit incase of health issues etc. 50% internal and 50% external. so if having good internal can easlity score well in total. However if one fails to secure internal then passing the subject becomes very hard. Core subjects however prepares well for real-world. however i feel curriculums should be slightly revised so that students learn everyhting systematically instead of memorizing. Good internships

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester, if you have required skill sets you can go for internships and placements. There are more than 600 companies that include Tata, Mahindra, Google, Deloitte and many more. Highest package was of 1.2 crores and average package is 8 -9 lakhs. I don't have the exact statistical data but yaa more than 70% students get placed. I am looking for a high pay job after getting the degree

Placement Experience:

They start conducting interviews after completing the 6th semester. At least 6 companies come for the campus placement like tech Mahendra, TCS, and manufacturing companies like sakthi auto-complete, tata motors, etc. They placed a minimum of 150000 per aum. The percentage of students getting placements is 30%. Get a job in a reputed company.
