Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because my father wanted to become a doctor and later I too got a interest in it so that's how this all started In mbbs there isn't much being taught in classrooms like we have to study the Theory by ourselves Exams are moderate to very difficult kind of tough

Internships Opportunities

5

Every student after passing the final year have to compulsorily do internship in the college for one year as house surgeon and it's a great opportunity and only opportunity I feel to learn how to interact with patients how to handle them and all

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise we pay ten thousand rupees This is a government college so only college fee is 10000 and at our 1st year while joining there was a development fee of 10000 rupees I am st category but that doesn't give me any fee benefits because my father is a government employee but many other students will get scholarships too which is a good thing

Campus Life

4

We will have 2 fests per year in a college The fest will be each held 7 days It's a lots of fun Besides that many others events will be celebrated by students in the campus like vjnayaka chaviti New year celebrations and etc like Holi and all No any clubs or such here people do what they r interested but nothing specially like clubs and all

Admission

I have applied to svmc Tirupati medical college and kmc kurnool medical college I got 1 mark less to cut off of svmc Tirupati so after that I chose this college Joining is done by counseling process and neet exam is given by every one who wants to get into med school

Faculty

3

See all faculty are not great some will be having excellent experience and subject in them while others just go with average subject The main exams are held once in a year not sem wise I really liked a professor from ophthalmology department his perfection in surgery and subject is just so awesome that it gives confidence and inspiration to study

Night Life

4

Night life is the best life being a hosteller night life all about 20 percent studies 30 percent games 50 percent of the time chilling with friends is all we do best hangout place would be the terrace of our hostel the evening view will be great with a lake view alongside sunset

The time table of the circulum is best but they can still make it better by adding some revision classes for theory too. They have revision classes for practicals only . The classes are too fast so atleast they should add one revision class

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is the only course that could make me a surgeon that I always wanted to become, hence I chose this course I choose this college due to its high patient load . I could also go to AIIMS Deogarh, Jammu, Guwahati, Madhurai or Jipmer Karaikal but I choose AMC over them is due to Patient load only. Here I can get good clinical exposure compared to those There are programs like Family Adoption programme, Early Clinical Exposure form the first year itself , and from second year only students go to ward postings. There is always real world application in this course This course particularly dont want any improvements in my opinion, NMC regulates and improves the curriculum in real time and that is implemented in this college perfectly. For every like 3 months we have internal exams to assess ourselves . And final exams in the last.
