Likes

I like the environment of the college and the staffs
I like the cultural programmes which they conduct here
I like certain staffs because they are extremely friendly

Dislikes

I hate my class advisor because he won't help us in anything
Hate the management because they will blackmail us with internal marks
I hate that they buy so much money and they do not provide us lab facilities

Course Curriculum Overview

I will rate the course a 50 because the staffs certain staffs are friendly and certain wont Take any class they simply cone and go and I don't like that because we pay fees for them to come and take class only

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My total fees is 85000 in that 50000 is scholarship and additional 2000 is for placement and in first year we pay 110000 for books and 500 for id card apart from this 5000 for maintainance and every month current bill 300

Campus Life

Culturals will happen every year where they keep dj and party and music concerts throughout the day which is really enjoyable and pongal function and onam functions are also extremely well and good I luv that

Admission

Vit college of engineering and technology because it is near chennai and my home town is chennai so I would go there but unfortunately due to councelling I got this college by god's fate so I am suffering now

Faculty

I like Sivanesh sir because he is like gid to us hebis extremely friendly and Rajkumar sir because he is strict only when needed and he is really helpful to us not only to us entire department and he will help us

Night Life

There is gym facilities and we have to pay additional fees for that nd sports students can access the gym in free of cost . They give importance to sports and extra curricular activities and they give us special practices

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Sathyabama is value for money

Likes

the classrooms in specialization are air conditioned
faculty is supportive for academic growth

Dislikes

the attendance is strict at 75% and subject attendances upto 80%
you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

Placement Experience:

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

The network connectivity in girls hostel is poor
The food at mess is average sometimes it is not taste
The practical labs are help at distance.

Placement Experience:

At 8th semester the students can become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited more oftens are win etc the highest packages about 25 LP and average packers about 2.5 lpa percentage of students getting placement is above 80 percentage.

Dislikes

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

It's like Schools .There will be special class if you didn't get much marks like schools .

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.
