About the college life

Most of our department staffs tell us about how good and developing our course is in the world and they refer us a lot of experiences in their field of working in companies and so on.Whatever the course we choose ,if we have to skills we can shine anywhere in this world.

As i am in 2nd year i am not sure about the internship offers.But our college staffs recommend us to go for workshop classes and other seminars provided in other colleges.They motivate and helps us to join in technical events provided by other colleges.

Actually in my department our final year seniors are the first batch to complete this course in our college so i am not that sure about the placements.But as i heard our college is known for food technology and they have good placements.

For my course i paid admission fee ?10000,for tuition fee i paid ?110000 per year and ?55000 per semester. I paid ?2000 for placement and training fee.As for exam fee it depends on the subjects as if it is integrated subject we have to pay ?600 and for non integrated subject ?300 and for lab we have to pay ?300 per lab.

The festival celebrations in our college is top notch and it never disappoints us.They also provide us a lot of clubs and give us a lot of seminar programs too.The campus is not that bad.We have a lot of trees and plants which gives us a good environment to study.

The meal is sometimes good and sometimes not good.But nowadays the meals provided by our college is getting better and better.The registration for staying in hostel is simple.We just have to pay our hostel fee.Our hostel provides us cot,tables,chairs and rack but it will be better if they can allot less people to stay in a room.

I applied for KIT college for Artificial intelligence and data science department but the seats got over in that college.So i was recommended to JCT college of engineering and technology and that's how i got this course and joined this college.The admission process is at first i have to pay the admission fee and then i have to pay my sem fee and if i have to stay in hostel i have to pay my hostel fee too.And i have to submit my 10th and 12th marksheet and other documents which are required.

Most of the faculties are helpful and friendly to the students.They provide us a lot of book materials and refer us a lot of other skill developing ideas.The way some staffs teaches never gets us bored of their class.And some staffs teaching method is not good.Getting a pass in exam was easy for me as i learnt not by memorizing everything.I understood the concepts and everything was easy to learn.

In hostel we have study hours in which we should not use phone from 6pm to 8pm.And the gym facilities in college is also good.The cafeteria is not that bad but sometimes it will be fully crowded.Library is good in my opinion.And girls can't go outside the hostel after 5pm.
