Course Curriculum Overview

Rate of the course is 8 out of 10 . Since i like be computer science so i like thats much. I my college overall other department my cae department is quite good compare to other department in my college

Class Size: 56Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fees is 160000 rupee including bus fare and food. Tuition fees is 89000 ruppess. And also bc ,mbc and sc and st scholarship also available in our college. Also 7.5 reservation also available .

Campus Life

Overall all campus is quite good. And every year they do a cultural events. And every year symposium also conducted in my college. Comparr to other department in my college computer science department has organized various events

Admission

I didn't have any other choice my my college selection list. Because it is on the i got this college on my council. As there no special in my college compare to other college. Nothing special in my college

Faculty

Faculty is quite good and good teaching. Faculty is quite experience.I like the way of teaching. But practical knowledge is lagging while teaching Some of them got fail and most od them got clear in the examnb

Night Life

I have spent two days in hostel. But set of rules are applied for hostel student for safety. Night life is good in my college. In my hostel have gym, full time and have shuttle court in the hostel .

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

Placement Experience:

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

I applied for the Aalim muhamad Salegh college which is in Avadi. In that college I have got ECE department. And parallely I have searched for the CSE or IT department in other colleges. Then I also got PEC with ECE dept then we approaches the college and we selected the IT department.I didn't got any rejections form other colleges which I have applied. There is eligibility criteria where u must secure above 85% to get CSE or IT dept or any other computer streams. There is no entrance exams.
