My college life

This college is one of the leading colleges of Rajasthan under which the students who have studied today are making a very good name for the national level and because of the achievements ,I have chosen this college and I have also taught my elder brothers and elder sisters who are working as teachers today. There is complete attention to cleanliness in the college. All the classrooms in the college are very clean and digital and there is no liquor of any kind in the classroom. To talk about improvement, there is a need to build a big hall in the college so that if any mass program is organized then all the students can gather at one place.

Our college fees was around Rs 19500, out of which Rs 500 were taken separately for admission and Rs 2000 had to be deposited as practical fee. These fees are the same for all categories of students, it is not less or more for anyone, it is different that reserved category students get scholarship. I also belong to the reserve category, so I received a scholarship of Rs 15000, which helped me a lot in paying the fees for the next year.

The main function organized in the college was our annual function organized in the month of December in which all the students participated enthusiastically. Various types of awards are given to all the participating students based on their performance and sports competitions are also organized to encourage the students to show excellence in sports. Sports have a lot of importance in the life of a student and in our college, sports has given a lot of importance and it shows that our PT sir is also very good because we understand all the rules of the game in a very good manner. There was also a library in our college in which all the students used to study.

My main objective of choosing this college was that besides it being a Government College, the faculty here was very good, a lot of students from my neighborhood had studied here and on their suggestion I took admission. I did not apply for any other college because due to my good marks, I got admission easily in this college. The main basis of admission in our high schools was the marks obtained in 12th, on the basis of which a merit was prepared which was based on the availability of seats in college. The students were admitted on the basis of being from the main reserve category and because of my good marks in 12th, I got admission in the first list.

In the college, 60 teachers are appointed for approximately 1000 students. The number of teachers studying in our stream is 12 and their duties are different for each class. Sukesh Chandra, who taught us Botany, his behavior is very good, I still remember the things taught by him, he teaches us very well and is always ready to help the students. Praveen sir was a little angry but he was also good at teaching, so we liked his way of teaching more than his anger. There used to be an exam within 15 days, accordingly, two exams were organized by the college in a month so that the students could evaluate themselves.

There is no hostel facility of any kind in our college, hence no student can stay in the night. We only teach during the day and everyone goes during the day, even the teachers go to their homes after the evening break. There was a canteen in our college where an uncle used to live, where tea, water, biscuits and samosas were provided. Any kind of gym or night out was not a thing in our college and in our college was doing only studies and apart from that sports was given importance.
