Remarks

Many positives like good playgrounds, labs, library, lawn, walkable to beach, good faculty, etc, but few negative things like anytime transport is not available as the road is single way and bus routes aren't available.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum has eight semesters with six subjects and two labs for every six months. The time runs fast and the syllabus feels to be heavy but last minute help is provided by the faculty members. No need to worry about syllabus but one must learn basics of each subject on their own interest.

Internships Opportunities

No, the college doesn't provide any internship. But the faculty can guide the students to get some good experience of internship by providing a good info like where and when to go for it. By the way, the management supports the internship programme.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements are provided by the college but mostly of tech support types and software. Core branch companies are less invited compared to software type companies. Competition is heavy for core students like EEE, mechanical and civil engineering students. ECE and CSE and IT students are easily placed in their own companies as many companies of their type were invited.

College Events

4.5

Every alternate years college anniversary and fest SAPTAVARNA were celebrated. The anniversary is celebrated for two days and the students of our college only invited and outsiders are not permitted to enter, while the fest is celebrated for three to four days for which students of all colleges are invited and stay also available. Many cultural and technical competitions were held and winners are awarded with prize money and medals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is affordable. The average fees for any department student lies around 45000-60000 INR. For counselling students, the government pays ? 35,000 and rest is to be paid by the students while the management students pay the total amount of fees. The hostel fees lies around 30000-45000 INR.

Fees and Financial Aid

As per my knowledge, no other scholarship is provided except the state government scholarship that is given through entrance exam which amounts to ?800 a month along with ?35000 for course fee. For payment seats, instead of loan, monthly payment is available so that can be somewhat less burden on the family.

Campus Life

4

The college got NSS, NCC and good environmentalists which are very beneficial for the students. But for these, day scholar students have to spare some time after the college hours to gain good knowledge and benefits from these facilities. Labs are good with friendly technicians and good equipment. P.E.T trainer is available who conducts sports like cricket, volleyball, Kabaddi kho kho for district and state level competitions

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel has good rooms with beds and combined washrooms. The rooms are spacious and fits four comfortably. Good food is provided with limitations on breakfast, I know this hurts. Every morning and evening study hours are available and it's the students' wish to join or not.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are helpful in sharing their experiences and some are connected in social media and share their experiences while some are doing great things under the silver Lake. Some became the faculty of the college.

Exam Structure

Online exam followed by a group interview is the process for the placements. No other ways of placements available like buying a job by paying money, though payment of money is made by the students for bondage purposes.

Admission

I got admission through AP EAMCET exam which is conducted for engineering and medical courses in andhra pradesh. Gave the certificates at the time of counselling and got the joining date. Payment seats also available for 20-30% in each department based on the vacancy.

Faculty

4

The faculty is helpful and supportive althrough the completion of couse treating every student equally. They help solving the problems or discussing any hard topic at any time. They give freedom in lecture halls letting the students open their minds and discuss the topic.

Our college principal suggested us to join in job and if possible parallel nature to do masters, of course it might possible for me, Somehow without getting into recruited in campus placements went to Hyderabad for to join in IT Sector. Since, we are the first most batch to our college may be with that reason for mine not to get to active in to get more number of placement companies.
