Unveiling DAV Academic Experience

The curriculum that infulenced my decison to choose B.COM is that i love accounting and business studies . So, this course is deeply involve in Commerce subjects and i can gain knowledege of various subjetcs more thoroughly. M curriculum prepare me for the real-world application as if we take economics subject it is real term appliacble as if we see our economy it is based on our economics subject i get to know so much things form that subject that how an economy work and govenrment policies and tax etc. Accounts also help in applying our knowledge at job for checking the accounts of clients and finidng error and prepare financial statement. We need improvemnt in teaching style like we have to teach student more practically rather than theoratically that will be more benefical and gave more knowlege of excel and python. We can also gave them assignments that are apllicable in real world and help them to learn something rather than give assignment of writing questions and all. Exam timings are suitable as for 3 hours for each subject as all subjects are equally easy and difficult on their respective level.

Yearly Fees structure : 21600 For 1 semester 10800. The Tution fees and caution fees remain same. My Batchmates of other categories are also having same fees. Backward class stipend scholarship, National merit scholarship, Red croos fund, Rotraty education fund the scholarship amount varies depending on state and specific scheme it can be in range between 500-2000.

Zonal youth festival was held in october. Library was good and it make updated journals also their they also provide books to thos students who get good marks in sem. The classsrom is well equiped with the projector in each class. Students who want to do sports activities can also participate at state and national level. Their are sports days and inter college matches also available. Their are social group like red ribbion club and rotrary club that motivate and help the people. In this club students learn and help people and do various kind of things.

I didn't applied to any other college as i know i wnat to get admmision in this college and i get admission in Dav girls college yamunangar. I choose this college because this is good college and their staff and teaching style is good and this is nearby to my home loaction so its easy to go thier withiut nad inconvenience. No, i dont get rejection from other colleges I didin't opt for other college as some of them are far away form my home and I dont want to get admision in boys college so i opt for girls college. The admisson process is very simple just fill the form and registersation fees and The eligiblity criteria for bcom is having more than 60% in 12th.

We have 6 subject and for each subject 1 teacher. The faculty student realtionship is goood they interact and involve every student in discussion and class topics. I basically, like khusboo mam she is teacher of income tax and I like her because she is so sweet and solve all my doubts and also provide motivation and tell us the option we can pursue after graduation. The faculty i didint like is ashna mam she is very rude and we cannot ask her any question she is very aggresive and just only read chapters and sometime we have to complete our syllabus on our own terms. There are 6 exam per semester and they are easy or difficult both there are only 30% students who fail to clear the exams. This course is relevant to gain the knowledge in field of commerce and develop the insight in Accounting, Taxation ,Supply chain, Financial management and Income tax.

My favourite hangout place in my college is an area outside canteen where we can sit and do our work also. In my college i join gym also that has many equipment to train your body and a good coach so it can save our time in free period we can go and do exercise and workout also. Library is also organised and very quiet place so we can also study their and all kind of books we can read in our free time. The Famous area around my college is Nehru park and Gauatm-o- dine we can go there and celebrate our birthday.
