Course Curriculum Overview

3

Curriculum provides a strong foundation in subjects with Well defined learning objectives. Exams are easy to crack. During exams it fells heavy bcz we have very little time to to study. If we study daily it will be easy Cons 1.limited with limited range of topics. 2.limited opportunities for in depth study

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fee was 85000/year And the caution deposit was 5000 at the time of my admission and they didn't give it back after pass out. And 2000 rs as the university fee at the time of joining and there is also admission fee and I'm not exactly sure how much I paid. For hostel, 60000/ year and there are also small amount we need to pay for several other things such as for records, exam fee ,and for culturals and programs And the amount is increasing year by year. As it a private college they doesn't provide any scholarship and all and everyone in my batch was paying the full fees

Campus Life

3

Various programs are conducted to celebrate Independence Day, Republic Day, Onam, and Pongal. Additionally, our college hosts an annual cultural festival called 'Nakshatra', a grand three-day event. Our library has collection of books related to our courses. Students have access to the library during college hours. Ncc are also there

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel facilities are quite impressive, with a range of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and canteen. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable living space for students. However, one drawback is the strict curfew time of 10 pm, which can be restrictive for some students. In terms of food, the quality of meals is generally good, with a variety of options available. However, some students may find the menu a bit repetitive, with similar dishes being served every week. Additionally, the dinner timing of 6-9 pm can be a bit restrictive for students who have evening classes or activities. Moreover, there are some days when the food quality is not up to the mark

Admission

I didn't apply to any other colleges. I chose this college because it's the only one near me that offers a BSc in Forensic Science. The eligibility criteria were a 50% mark in 12th grade with a science background, and admission was direct without any entrance exams or interviews.

Faculty

5

Faculty are great and they are so friendly and supportive and also very good at teaching. In my department when I was studying there were 5 faculties including HOD. And I liked all of them. There are 2 internal exams and 1 model exam a d 1 semester exam in a semester. There are practical exam in even semester also. And in the final sem you have to do your dissertation in a selected topic. Difficultly level of exam is average and not so many students fail.

Night Life

3

Our hostel has a range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and canteen. The canteen is open until 8:30 pm, and dinner is served from 6-9 pm. We can hang out in the hostel compound until 10 pm, after which we need to return to our respective rooms.

Studying nutrition and Dietetics helps individual develop valuable skills in communication, problem solving, research and analytical thinking. Opportunity includes research and development for new food products. The department can lead to careers in universities as professors or research scientist. In the exam, if we want to finish within the time they mention, we should set a time for each question and write accordingly; then only it will be possible to complete it easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose bsc computer science because I'm interested in IT jobs and want become a developer. The syllabus is useful for real world learning and it covers important basics. i found subjects like c programming very helpful for understanding core concepts. the curriculum is decent but it needs more practical sessions and better lab facilities. the software and systems in the lab should also be updated. we follow a semester system, and the exams test both theory and practical knowledge. overall the course is good, but more hands on training would make it even better.
