Likes

All the labs things used are good like sufficient things are available
Big nice outdoor area in which practicals can be observed
Classes are regular most of the time benefits

Dislikes

No fests or cultural activities happen ever
Office works are always delayed exams are notified just one week before
Water cooler is always dirty class sinks are always drity too

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is fine but mostly not completed on time due to things happening because of clg elections. Exams are held just one after another so it's difficult to prepare for and the time table is circulated just one week before exams mostly

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise we pay 60,000 in a year there are two semester s the facilities are okay according to 60,000 per year. There are daily practical classes which needs many instruments chemicals so all are provided by college

Campus Life

Only one freshers event and a cultural program is held once a year with the sutdent money no involvement of college officials is present social life is not pretty good in here mostly Hindi speaking teachers and students there are no student run socials groups

Admission

I applied to this college because of family issues i had to stay in my home town and this was the only biotechnology course available here now and i have a intrest in that because i want to go in research fields

Faculty

Faculty members are over all okay really good teaching techniques faculty to student ratio is okay too and for a doubt faculty is present to. Dr avinash marwal sir are the best their teaching approach is really nice in biotechnology

Night Life

Nightlife is quite okay in the uni because there are gardens some cafeterias are there but they close till evening. Locality is totally safe to roam around there are many famous places around the uni too

No good companies come and i don't know about this because in bsc physics no such company come neither I am interested in job. Avg package for btech is 3l to 4l 30% students gets places Further studies after this degree till I become astronaut

Experience in IIS UNIVERSITY

Placement Experience:

Last year of college campus placement offered by many companies one of them was infosys. They take exam and interview accordingly they choose the deserving candidates. Many private firms came to our college and take interview many candidates are Short listed and choose to work with them . This is not a engeneering college so package is not like technical colleges but good amount for a graduate student like 200000 per year.

Since our course is a complete practical based course and we are placed in hospitals so we almost dont have any placement facilities for our course , we ourselves have to apply in different hospitals after getting the appropriate hospital experience and the degree whereas the engineering department has a good placement record

Course Curriculum Overview:

There's was no particular aspect of curriculum I chose. I didn't want to waste my drop year so I took admission as you are not required to maintain 75% attendance. Exams aren't difficult if you study a bit. I used to study a month before exams and still aced them.
