Exams are usually spaced out appropriately to avoid overload, though tighter schedules before practical exams could be improved.

Campus Life
Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) in Tirupati offers a vibrant campus life enriched with various social activities, clubs, and robust infrastructure. Here in this college the names of annual and technical festivals are Ampel which is held in september and Josh which is held in february. Digital Library which provides access to international journals such as IEEE, ASME, and Springer, facilitating extensive research opportunities, and classrooms are well-maintained, equipped with projectors, and air-conditioned labs to enhance the learning experience.
Admission
I applied to Sri Venkateswara Engineering College and other reputed colleges like Annamacharya Institute and Sri Venkateswara University. I got admission offers from Sree Rama Institute but chose SVEC because of its excellent reputation in the ECE branch, and it is near to my hometown in Tirupati, and affordable fee structure. I did face rejection from a couple of top-tier colleges due to high cutoffs, but I’m happy with my decision to join SVEC. The admission process at SVEC involves eligibility through EAMCET or JEE Mains. For ECE, the cutoff is typically under 15,000 in EAMCET. The counseling process was smooth, and I appreciated the transparent communication during document verification and fee submission."
Faculty
Usha Reddy mam Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. She is very good at teaching and with this mam we can consult at any issue regarding the subject mam will clarify your doubt very clearly.
Night Life
The library timings are 8 AM to 8.30 PM, a self-serving cafeteria is available for both students and college faculties. Actually i am not a hostel student i don't know the timings but campus timing are around 8AM to 4.50PM The famous hangout spots in the college is the cafeteria. It is safe but should take precautions like roaming around in the night with a group
